Rooms are small but clean and well-equipped, with functional amenities. the coffee service in the lobby is a nice touch, and the traditional Japanese breakfast is quite satisfying.

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. the free Wi-Fi was fast and easily accessible. the hotel was located near a convenience store and the train station, making it easy to explore the area.

The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors talking loudly until late at night. the breakfast was disappointing with limited options and lukewarm food.

New Year in Tokyo was a great idea, and I was lucky to find a budget hotel with a good location, close to metro stations. The room was small, but it had all the necessary amenities and was clean. The free breakfast provided in the lobby with coffee was a good start to the day. They decorated the lobby with Christmas decorations, and that was a nice touch.

My experience was not very good due to the rude and unhelpful staff. They didn't speak English properly and acted annoyed when I asked for help or directions.
